Hours: 15-20Hours per week

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Controller with expertise in Sage50 to support our finance team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely payments from clients, maintaining strong professional relationships, and contributing to our company’s financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients using Sage50.
• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and ensure prompt resolution.
• Communicating with clients via email and phone to address payment issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Sage50.
• Reconciling accounts and preparing regular financial reports for the finance team.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in Sage50 is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
• A proactive approach with a positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
