The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Controller with expertise in Sage50 to support our finance team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely payments from clients, maintaining strong professional relationships, and contributing to our company’s financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients using Sage50.
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and ensure prompt resolution.
- Communicating with clients via email and phone to address payment issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Sage50.
- Reconciling accounts and preparing regular financial reports for the finance team.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Sage50 is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
