Electrical Engineering Tutor

Class People are thrilled to be supporting a local education provider for an Electrical Engineering Tutor to join their team on a full time permanent basis!  

What are the roles and responsibilities for an Electrical Engineering Tutor?

• To provide feedback and support to all students enrolled to best equip them for the working world.
• Plan, develop and review schemes of work, lesson plans and resources to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
• To track, monitor and assess the progress of learners to identify any lack of progress and provide additional support where needed.

What Class People are looking for in an Electrical Engineering Tutor?

• Industry experience for a minimum of 3 years – Got a teaching qualification, even better!
• Someone who is passionate about supporting the next generation of electrical engineers to be able to succeed within their studies and future career.
• Individuals who are able to motivate learners and encourage participation from all students.
• Prior teaching experience or willingness to undergo teacher training.

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and pre-employment checks.

This opportunity is paying up to £39,200 per year on a full-time basis.
