Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year)
Salary: £24,398.00 - £28,376.00 (FTE) | £20,692.48 - £24,066.25 (Term Time Only)

About the Role
Class People, on behalf of Barnardo’s, is recruiting for an exceptional Early Years Lead/Manager to join the team at Finlay Nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading children’s charities and make a lasting impact on young lives.
As Early Years Lead, you will:
- Manage a small, friendly team to deliver high-quality early education.
- Work term time only, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week).
- Be responsible for providing outstanding care and education to children under five.
- Support and engage with families accessing the nursery’s services.
Requirements
We are looking for a caring, approachable, and experienced professional who:
- Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Education or Childcare.
- Has experience managing a nursery.
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Can meet targets and deadlines with confidence.
