I joined Class People in 2018 as a Recruitment Consultant and have worked my way to my current role as Head of Recruitment. As Head of Recruitment, I am responsible for delivering the Sales and Growth strategies across Class People. I manage the Education teams in our Cheltenham, Bristol, Exeter, Worcester, Oxford and Swindon offices specialising in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and SEN. I specialise within Secondary Education and recruit Secondary Teachers across Gloucestershire. Nothing excites me more than building long lasting working relationships with both teachers and schools and finding the right person the right job.
